No Traditional Single-Cup Rotary Attachment Required!
In traditional 2D laser marking, the laser can only focus on a flat plane. To engrave curved surfaces, you must use a Rotary Attachment to rotate the cup during the process. This method makes loading and unloading extremely slow.
When processing handled mugs (such as Stanley-style cups), traditional rotaries present a major challenge. Although they can hold the mug, the protruding handle often hits the machine’s baseplate during rotation. Operators have to painstakingly raise the fixture or limit the rotation angle to avoid collisions, making the setup incredibly tedious and severely restricting both the engraving area and production efficiency.
Our 3D Solution:
Powered by advanced 3D Dynamic Focus technology, our machine completes the engraving by automatically adjusting the focal length via internal lenses at microsecond speeds—all while the cup remains completely stationary.
Because the marking process requires zero cup rotation, the risk of the handle hitting the machine is eliminated. You simply lay the cup flat, and even complex, irregularly shaped mugs can be finished effortlessly in one go.
About the “10-Station Rotary Carousel”:
Our 10-Station Automated Rotary Carousel is not a traditional marking fixture; it is a high-efficiency system specifically developed for mass production. It functions as a “Continuous, Assembly-Line Feeding System”—as soon as one cup is finished, the carousel instantly brings the next one into position. During marking, the cup itself remains absolutely still. This combination completely frees you from the focusing and collision headaches of traditional rotaries, achieving true automated mass production.
